Most fashion connoisseurs know how important are the thrift shops. There is no reason to fear or have prejudices about these shops, in them, you can get wonderful and unique pieces, second-hand is not synonymous with poor quality. In fact recently, Queen of Fashion Weeks, Chiara Ferragni, used a vintage Chanel earrings which got into one of the many thrift shops she frequents, and I must say that they are worthy of envy (especially for the price she must find them).
I occasionally walk around my grandmother's closet to see what treasures I find and visit markets in certain seasons are held in Caracas. I recently met Ugandi, a Venezuelan website which surprised me because you can get treasures in excellent condition and great prices, plus you yourself can be a seller on the page. It's great that we have the magic of second-hand garments to the comfort of a finger to "click" and that the choice in the country is growing increasingly. The site has a variety of brands, garments, styles, sizes and prices; I must say that there is a BCBG dress that already caught me *wink*. Los más entendidos en la moda saben lo importante que son las tiendas de segunda mano. No hay razón para temer o tener prejuicios respecto a este tipo de tiendas, en ellas puedes conseguir piezas maravillosas y únicas, segunda mano no es sinónimo de mala calidad. De hecho, hace poco la reina de los Fashion Weeks, Chiara Ferragni, utilizó unos zarcillos vintage Chanel que consiguió en una de las tantas tiendas de segunda mano que frecuenta, y debo decir que son dignos de envidiar (sobre todo por el precio al que debió encontrarlos).
Yo de vez en cuando suelo pasear por el closet de mi abuela a ver qué tesoro me encuentro y visito mercados que en ciertas temporadas se llevan acabo en Caracas. Hace poco conocí Ugandi, una página web venezolana que me sorprendió ya que puedes conseguir tesoros en excelente estado y a precios increíbles, además que tú mismo puedes ser vendedor en la página. Es genial que tengamos la magia de las piezas de segunda mano a la comodidad de un dedito para hacer "click" y que la gama de opciones en el país esté creciendo cada vez más. La página cuenta con variedad de marcas, piezas, estilos, tallas y precios; debo decir que hay un vestido BCBG al que ya le eché el ojito *wink*.
