Anacapri: Kendall Jenner

Maybe it is not the first time you see this girl in the media, like his BFF Kendall Jenner, is best known for being part of a reality show (Housewives of Beverly Hills). But despite this, Gigi has been the face of Guess from two years old, and although it is from this year that she has become more noticeable, was hardly the last year she debuted in the major runways of the world, modeling for Desigual and Jeremy Scott.

But certainly 2015 was her year, she became the face of Maybelline, is cover of Vogue Spain and Teen Vogue in March, and the latter was guest editor of Instagram to narrate his own experience in backstage of NYFW. Her clothing captivated on best dressed celebrities during each of the shows to which she attended; but not only was invited to criticize the new collections of major fashion, also highlighted as a model, making competition to her best friend wearing the best clothes in the most important runways of NYFW Fall 2015. If you ask me, I love Kendall but Gigi is lovely and more chameleon than Jenner. Who is your favorite? A lo mejor no sea la primera vez que ven a esta chica en los medios, al igual que su BFF Kendall Jenner, es mejor conocida por ser parte de un reality show (Housewives of Berverly Hills). Pero a pesar de esto, Gigi ha sido imagen de Guess desde los dos años, y aunque es a partir de este año en que se ha hecho notar más, fue a penas el año pasado que se estrenó en las pasarelas más importantes del mundo, desfilando para Desigual y Jeremy Scott.

Pero sin duda el 2015 ha sido su año, se convirtió en imagen de Maybelline, es portada de Vogue España y Teen Vogue para el mes de marzo, y para este último fue editora invitada de Instagram para narrar su propia experiencia en backstage del NYFW, acaparó los artículos de celebridades mejores vestidas durante cada uno de los shows a los que asistió; pero no sólo fue invitada a criticar las nuevas colecciones de los grandes de la moda, también destacó como modelo, haciéndole competencia a su mejor amiga luciendo los mejores trajes en las pasarelas más destacadas de NYFW Fall 2015. Si me preguntan, yo amo a Kendall, pero Gigi es encantadora y mucho más camaleónica que Jenner. Yes, we know that the Kardashian - Jenner have us all out and whether by "bad fame" reach the stardom: illogical things in the world, block unsuitable sites for under 18, but take girls xxx videos even have their own reality. I have never supported the typical "like father like son", so, although Kendall (like now likes to call, without the Jenner-and much less associated with Kardashian-) does not have very good family examples, not for that we will dismiss her modeling career. Remember when I told you many things happened this NYFW? Well, also referred to Kendall's appearances on the runways, but of course, I left it for this post * wink *. So this time, I took the boldness to summarize the work of some who can become the new (much repeated) Cara Delevingne.

It all started with a reality show, but every time, both Kendall and Kylie, were playing their own role. That was how they took their first steps on the runway in Sherri Hill during the 2012 spring Then Kendall attended charitable galas and such notoriety, was hit even magazine covers, like LOVE, Marie Claire and Teen Vogue in an edition with her sister Kylie and a more recent one where not only posed for a cover, but for two different in the same edition. The boom of Kendall happened last year on the runway of Marc Jacobs, and was adding fashion shows such as Giles, Chanel and Givenchy. Here we approach the 2014 and who previously was updating its portfolio by participating in a campaign for Givenchy and sharing with her sister to create a capsule collection with Pacsun and one for Madden Girl. And this is how timidly Kendall is becoming a top; during the 2015 Fashion Week she triumph in New York, London, Milan and Paris. Surely this is just the beginning. I do not know if I prefer her as a celebrity or model, in a way it is not as chameleonic as is Cara D, but I do recognize that she has succeeded in its own merit, and that is seen in every look she shows to the cameras.

Sí, sí ya sabemos que las Kardashian - Jenner nos tienen a tope, así sea que por mala fama llegan al estrellato: cosas ilógicas del mundo, bloquean páginas no aptas para menores de 18, pero llevan a chicas de videos xxx a tener hasta su propio reality. Nunca he apoyado el típico "de tal palo tal astilla", por eso, a pesar que Kendall (como ahora le gusta llamarse, sin el Jenner -y muchos menos asociada a las Kardashian-) no tiene muy buenos ejemplos familiares, no por eso vamos a desestimar su carrera como modelo. ¿Se acuerdan cuando les dije que este NYFW estaba muy acontecido? bueno, también me refería a las apariciones de Kendall en las pasarelas, pero claro, me lo dejé para este post *wink*. Por eso, esta vez, me tomo el atrevimiento de resumirles un poco el trabajo de quien puede llegar a ser la nueva -repetidísima- Cara Delevingne.

El boom de Kendall se dió el año pasado en la pasarela de Marc Jacobs, y fue sumando desfiles como los de Giles, Givenchy y Chanel. Acá ya nos acercamos al 2014, que previamente fue actualizando su portafolio participando en una campaña para Givenchy y compartiendo con su hermana la creación de una colección capsula junto a Pacsun y otra para Madden Girl. Y es así como Kendall tímidamente se está convirtiendo en una top; durante los fashion week 2015 arrasó en New York, londres, Milán y París. Sin duda esto es solo el principio. Yo no sé si la prefiero como celebridad o modelo, en cierta manera no es tan camaleónica como lo es Cara D, pero sí reconozco que lo ha logrado por su propio mérito, y eso se observa en cada mirada que le lanza a las cámaras.
